## Kiln Display

Our first release: a pigment-heavy display serif with a wonk knob that lets the letterforms misbehave just enough. Four axes, two optical grades, no apologies.

High-contrast serifs with ball terminals the size of embers. Set it at 144pt and watch the counters open like a furnace door.

We started the foundry with two presses, one shared kettle, and a stubborn belief that headlines should have weather. Kiln Display took fourteen months and four funerals for four drafts that were merely good.

Everything here is variable-first and licensed without lawyers lurking. You drag the axes, the letters answer.
